results. Job Title Principle Product Manager - Technical Overview:

- Have you ever brought a product to market on a global scale? - Do

environment? As a Product & Service Designer, you will have your own
product/service/strategic initiative responsibilities and you?ll
manage and deliver projects together with other creative team members.

_RESPONSIBILITIES_ - Serves as an internal consultant to Global
Customer Care as well as other strategic, internal partners -
Responsible for determining and assessing product/service/acquisition
integration readiness in conjunction with Global Customer Care
standards - Leverage market research, customer intelligence/insights,
existing capabilities, industry standards and user analytics to
showcase simple design solutions for complex problems using UI models,
conceptual diagrams, user stories, storyboards, visual mockups, and
simple prototypes - Leverages analytical skillset to direct the use of
experience data to identify sources of dissatisfaction and influence
the design of products, services and programs - Prepares and presents
reports and presentations on complex technical issues to senior
leaders - Applies design skill-set, technical capabilities and subject
matter expertise within own discipline to coach and mentor junior
colleagues - Shares best practice with other Mastercard teams
Experiences - Experience consulting and supporting complex integration
efforts on a global scale

- _ABILITY TO_ navigate complex working structure in Matrix
organization and collaborate with cross functional teams especially on
the technical and product side to deliver winning and scalable product
concepts.

- Established presence as a consultant to strategic partners and
customers

- _ABILITY TO_ use quantitative and qualitative analysis to back up
